Again, I equally made a subscription of #2400 today (29/10/2016 purposely for Emmanuel tv channel unfortunally, I am denied access to viewing it. Please, for God sake! What is my offense? Quickly help to find solution to it.

  2. Goodmorning. I am upset that i made a payment of N3,600 yesterday at 7.25pm via GTB *737 payment code like i always do. Only for me to switch my tv on and i can only view St guide, movies 1, Series 1, Fox life, AMC Series 072 and all the free channels. All other channels are telling me to recharge. I av switched the decoder off and on more than 10 times. Please i want this situation fixed immediately. Tx

I recharged my decoder on 24/08/17 through my GTB Bank account for a Classic Bouquet of =N=26,000=, but up till 10 pm today 25/08/17, my TV has not opened but says "please recharge" even though my account has been debited.
