ReplyDeleteI have been trying to send money since yesterday but I have not been able to because of a token am not aware of. I don't have a master card so how do I generate a token. I am sincerely not happy with you gtb.
ReplyDeleteHello, I activated my SMS alert at the ATM stand then I was told that after 24hrs it will be functioning. Up till now it's not activated. Then I made a tweet to one of your agent on Twitter I was told that I should submit my account number, Acct name, phone number and email address which I did. After 2-3days I received a message from GTB saying my email address has been updated. I came back to my Gmail to check if there's any message because I made a transaction after I received the message just to confirm. up till now I'm unable to receive transaction alert either the SMS or the email. What's the problem?
