Startimes Pay TV has announced Pay per view option via their twitter account this week. They set the  daily subscription to just N60 and you can also pay N300 per week.

 

The new pricing will take effect from November 1st 2017. The only downside to their services is EPL, La liga and UCL sports. But there are promises of finding way round it before the end of the year 2017.
